1. Our Role
Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd acts solely as a referral and coordination platform, connecting customers with appropriate devotional service vendors such as:
Kirtan Singers & Bhajan Mandalis
Jagrata Groups & Katha Vachaks
Musical Bands for Religious Functions
Sound, Light & Event Setup Vendors
We do not directly provide or manage the services. All final arrangements, negotiations, and service delivery are handled between the customer and the vendor.
2. Vendor Responsibility
Once a customer is connected to a vendor, the vendor becomes solely responsible for service quality, punctuality, pricing, setup, and event execution.
Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd does not guarantee or accept liability for any failure, delay, or dispute arising out of vendor service.
3. Customer Acknowledgment
By booking through Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd:
You acknowledge that we are not the service provider, only the facilitator connecting you to devotional event vendors.
You agree to verify all details directly with the vendor before confirming or making payment.
Any advance or full payment made to the vendor is at your own discretion and responsibility.
4. Payment Terms
All applicable Government Taxes including GST will be charged extra as per prevailing rates.
Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd may charge a referral or coordination fee in certain cases, which will be clearly informed before confirming the lead.
All service payments are to be settled directly with the vendor unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
In case of event cancellation or postponement due to natural or unavoidable causes such as rain, storm, flood, earthquake, government restrictions, strikes, or any other force majeure situation, a minimum of 50% of the total booking amount or the actual expenditure incurred (whichever is higher) will be treated as a non-refundable amount.
If the event is cancelled by the customer due to personal or internal reasons (e.g., change of plan, date, venue, or budget), any advance paid will be forfeited as per vendor’s cancellation policy.
Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for refund or compensation in case of weather disruption, power failure, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the event.
In the event of rescheduling, the same will be subject to vendor availability and may attract additional logistical or setup costs.
6. Disputes and Complaints
In case of disputes between customer and vendor, Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd will not be liable for resolution or compensation.
However, we welcome genuine feedback and may blacklist or avoid re-listing vendors with consistent complaints or service issues.
7. No Guarantee or Warranty
We do not provide any warranties regarding the quality, availability, or conduct of the vendors.
Vendor services are booked at your own judgment after reviewing their profile, performance, and charges.
8. Privacy and Communication
Your information may be shared with vendors solely for coordination purposes.
Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd may contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email for service-related communication, lead confirmation, or feedback collection.
9. Limitation of Liability
Book My Kirtan Services Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:
Any service failure, delay, or cancellation by vendors
Loss of money or dissatisfaction with vendor performance
Accidents, delays, or miscommunication during or after the event
Any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
10. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts only.
