We do not provide any type of refund once a service has been booked and confirmed.

Due to the nature of our services, which involve:
Advance scheduling of artists and vendors
Blocking of dates and time slots
Coordination and resource allocation
It is not possible to offer refunds after confirmation.
3. Rescheduling (If Applicable)
In certain cases, rescheduling may be considered subject to:
Availability of vendors/artists
Prior notice from the client
However, rescheduling is not guaranteed and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel your booking:
No refund will be issued under any circumstances
5. Cancellation by Company
In rare situations where we are unable to provide the service due to unavoidable circumstances, we will:
Offer an alternative solution, or
Reschedule the service
(No monetary refund will be provided.)
